About Guide Services – Who We Are
COMPANY HISTORY & STAFF
Established in 1996 by the current President and CEO Novice J. Cole Jr. This company was created out of a need for a reliable company to serve as a distribution arm of the business. Guide Services, Inc. sources all branded product offerings (attenuators, arrow and message boards, software, truck mounted attenuators, trailer mounted attenuators). Since its founding in 1996, Guide Services, Inc. has seen ups and downs, but has always prided itself on providing 24/7 service and having the finest products on the market to all customers. Over the years Guide Services, Inc. has had to adapt to market conditions and various changes to the business. Out of necessity and seeing a need to expand its market share, Novice J. Cole Jr. acquired property in Carrollton, GA to warehouse Guide Services’ products and have an office for continued sales across the Southeast. These changes and additions have led Guide Services, Inc. to become more than just a distribution arm, the company is positioning itself as a supply and rental hub of highway safety, construction safety, and traffic management products.
It is our goal at Guide Services, Inc. to meet each and every customer’s requirements regarding any type of product we offer. We take safety seriously and make sure to select products based on performance, life cycle cost, and customer satisfaction.
It is the policy of Guide Services, Inc. (“Guide Services”) to maintain the highest ethical standards and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We believe that adherence to this policy will ensure our continued success and will earn and maintain the confidence of our customers and the community in which we live. In order to ensure that Guide Services operates pursuant to this policy, we have established this Code.
Many benefits accrue to LU Inc. by conducting our field operations in a safe and orderly manner. Our competitive position can be enhanced considerably by reduced cost of insurance, labor, and field operations. Obviously the value of safety cannot be measured entirely in dollars and cents. Because there are few other job site activities with greater capacity for building goodwill, our safety program can serve as an effective public relations tools as well.
